These Terms of Purchase apply when you buy, subscribe to, or pay for any premium product on PropScoute — including paid listings, featured placements, lead packages, market reports, and professional subscriptions. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and apply to the specific transaction you are entering. PropScoute does not sell properties or property interests; we sell access to listing tools, exposure, and information products only.
01 What these terms cover
These Terms of Purchase (“Purchase Terms”) apply to every paid order placed with PropScoute Pte. Ltd. (“PropScoute”, “we”, “us”), whether through our website, our sales team, or a partner channel. They form a binding contract between you (or the entity you represent) and PropScoute for the specific purchase you make.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You have read and accept these Purchase Terms, our Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
- If you are buying on behalf of a company or agency, you have authority to bind that entity.
- The information you provide for billing and verification is accurate and complete.
02 Paid products
Our paid products fall into the following families. Specific features, allowances, and prices are described on the product page or order form at the time of purchase.

03 Ordering & pricing
Prices are shown on the product page or in your order form. Unless stated otherwise:
- Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD); alternative currencies may be available at checkout.
- Prices exclude taxes, duties, and bank charges, which will be added where applicable (see Section 9).
- Promotional prices apply only to the period and conditions stated; once expired, the standard price applies.
An order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund any payment — if there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, sanctions concern, or failed verification of your business credentials.
04 Payment & billing
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which typically include credit and debit cards, GrabPay, PayNow (SG), DuitNow (MY), QRIS (ID), and select bank transfers. For invoiced enterprise orders, terms of net 30 days from invoice date apply unless otherwise agreed.
- You authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the order amount, plus applicable taxes and fees.
- You are responsible for keeping your payment details current. If a payment fails, we may retry, suspend the service, or charge a backup method on file.
- We do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers.
05 Subscriptions & auto-renewal
Subscriptions (e.g. monthly or annual professional plans) renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled, so that your service continues without interruption. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the renewal fee on or shortly before the renewal date using your saved payment method.
- Cancelling auto-renewal: turn off auto-renewal in your account settings, or contact billing@propscoute.com at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Effect of cancellation: your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid term; you will not be charged for the next term.
- Price changes at renewal: we may change subscription prices for future renewal terms. We will give you at least 30 days’ prior notice by email so you can decide whether to continue or cancel.
06 Delivery & activation
- Featured listings & placements: activate within 24 hours of payment confirmation, subject to content review and any required verification.
- Lead packages: the delivery period begins on activation and runs until either the package allowance is fulfilled or the period expires, whichever comes first.
- Reports & data products: delivered as a download or dashboard access; the licence specified at purchase governs use.
- API access: credentials are issued after a separate data licence agreement is signed.
You agree that any digital product is delivered when you receive access to it, even if you have not yet downloaded or used it.
07 Cancellations & refunds
Because most PropScoute paid products are digital and start delivering value immediately, refund availability depends on the product and the circumstances.
Statutory rights
Where applicable consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to cancel (for example, distance-sales rules in the EU/UK for non-business consumers), those rights apply in full. Note that for digital content delivered immediately with your express consent, the cooling-off period typically does not apply.
Discretionary refunds
- Featured listings / placements: non-refundable once activated. If a listing is removed by you within 24 hours of activation and has received minimal exposure, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward a future purchase.
- Subscriptions: annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term are not refunded for the remaining months, but auto-renewal will be turned off and access continues until end of term. Monthly subscriptions cannot be partially refunded.
- Lead packages: unused leads do not roll over after expiry. If a lead is materially fake or fraudulent, contact billing@propscoute.com within 7 days for replacement or credit.
- Reports & data: non-refundable once delivered.
- Service failure: if we materially fail to deliver a paid product through our fault, we will fix it, extend the term, or — if neither is reasonable — refund the affected portion.
How to request
Send refund requests to billing@propscoute.com with your order reference and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days; bank processing can add a few extra days.
08 Changes to plans & prices
We may add, modify, or retire plan features. For any change that materially reduces the value of a plan you’ve already paid for, we’ll give you advance notice and a fair option (continue, downgrade, or cancel for a pro-rata refund of the unused portion). Price changes for existing subscriptions take effect on the next renewal and require 30 days’ prior notice.
09 Taxes & fees
Prices exclude taxes unless explicitly stated. We will collect and remit applicable taxes — including Singapore GST, Malaysia SST, Indonesia VAT (PPN), Australia GST, Japan consumption tax, and Vietnam VAT — based on your billing location and the nature of the product. If you are a tax-registered business, you may provide a valid tax ID at checkout to receive an appropriate invoice.
Bank fees, currency conversion margins, and similar charges imposed by your card issuer or bank are your responsibility.
10 Performance & results
Many of our paid products are designed to increase visibility and lead flow. We do not, however, guarantee any particular outcome — including impressions, clicks, leads, viewings, or transactions — except where a numerical allowance is stated explicitly in the product description (e.g. “100 leads per month”).
Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the listing’s price, photos, accuracy, your responsiveness, broader market conditions, and changes in user behaviour. We will, however, work in good faith to deliver the technical features promised.
11 Compliance & suspension
Paid features are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate paid features (without refund where the suspension is the result of your breach) if you:
- Provide inaccurate listing or business information.
- Engage in bait-and-switch, fraud, money laundering, or sanctions breaches.
- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Fail anti-money-laundering or know-your-customer verification.
Where suspension is precautionary and ultimately resolved in your favour, we will reinstate the service and extend the period to compensate for downtime.
12 Billing disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please raise it with us first by emailing billing@propscoute.com within 60 days of the charge. We aim to respond within 5 working days. Working with us first usually resolves issues faster than initiating a chargeback with your bank.
If you initiate a chargeback that we believe is unjustified, we may suspend your account and provide your bank with the records of your purchase, use of the service, and our communications.
